[MC-138728] View always facing ground

As soon as I enter a new world and moving my mouse, the view can't stop facing the ground. Moving the mouse causes rotation around the vertical axis only. All other commands seem to work.

Environment

Ubuntu 18.04 - 64 bits

Java openjdk 1.8.0_181

Installed with Debian package

On VM VirtualBox 5.1.18
