did not mean to add it to your report, and I do not know how to delete it.

I think that they willingly have not added the smooth stone stairs, since we already have stone and stonebrick stairs, but maybe they will add them in the future.

Why is "Invalid" please reopen

This seems to be an inconsistency. All of the other "smooth" blocks have a slab variant and a stairs variant, but smooth stone has only a slab variant.

Yes, it's an inconsistency, but not a bug.

To make it clear, there never was a stair variant of smooth stone. I don't even think it will look good TBH.
