Hanging snow golems don't throw snowballs

The bug

Attaching a snow golem to a leash, and attaching the leash to an elevated fence, suspending the snow golems, prevents the snow golems from throwing snowballs at aggressive mobs.

Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 14w30c? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Hmm.. I took another look at this and this seems like a valid issue for 1.8.8 and 15w49b if the enemies of the hanging Snow Golems is under(maybe above too) the Y coordinate of the Golems. So, please reopen.

Why I said this was fixed is because I tested this issue by summoning Zombies from the height of the Golems.

Confirmed for 17w15a

Confirmed for 1.13.1.

Also, they won't attack hostile mobs anymore if you let them free.

Can't reproduce in 19w36a

The Snow Golem throws snowballs at the spider just like normal, even after releasing them from the lead

Confirmed fixed in some 19w3x snapshot.
