Where you wearing enchanted armor? MC-115046 explains it if thats the case

Also no, I'm not wearing or have anything in my inventory that is enchanted.

Could you please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

Sure thing. Again, sorry if this bug is just me being dumb... But I really don't think it is. Here is a crash report of a world I just made in 1.13.2...
