Recipe book icon changes when wearing enchanted armor

Can't confirm with that criteria, see my attachment. It must be triggered by something else.

EDIT: Without the parrot, any enchanted item in the chest slot causes it, can now confirm.

Could it be maybe related to MC-109447 "Inconsistency in transparency of GUI PNG files - only some can be transparent + hover-bugs"?
There are tons of hover- and overlay-bugs which can be demonstrated very well with the attached resourcepack on MC-109447.

Just noticed: If parrots are on your shoulder (one parrot suffices), the enchanted overlay does not appear:

Title should be maybe changed to something like: "Anything enchanted in armour slot", as it also happens with e.g. an enchanted pants see:

Every armor slot causes it for me except the helmet.

Can confirm, helmet slot not, as well as not shield slot.

The overlay-bug only occurs for the chest, leggings and boots slot, but only if you don't hold anything.
If you hold something, the overlay-bug is not there.

Exception: Elytra. No matter if you hold something or not, the overlay bug is there.
Could this have anything to do with the fix for enchanted Elytra that they don't go transparent anymore?
MC-99353 "Elytra becomes transparent when wearing enchanted armor": "Only happens while having enchanted equipment and not holding any item."

So, please rename to "Recipe book icon changes when wearing enchanted equipment in the lower three armor slots with no item in either hand, or when wearing an enchanted elytra, as long as the player does not have a parrot on their shoulder"
