Parrots on your shoulder change color when the player is wearing an enchanted elytra

The bug

When you wear an enchanted elytra and have a parrot on your shoulder, the parrot has a purple tint.

Steps to reproduce

1. Wear an enchanted elytra

   /give @p elytra 1 0 {ench:[{id:0,lvl:1}]}

2. Tame a parrot and put it on your shoulder
   → Observe in third person that the parrot is purple
