Recipes in recipe book turn purple when next to an item with a glint

The bug

Recipes in the recipe book will appear purple if next to an end crystal (possibly caused by all items with a glint). See attached screenshots.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Give yourself every recipe

    /recipe give @s *

  2. Open a crafting table

  3. Find the end crystal recipe
    → The recipe next to it is purple

Could be related to MC-115046

Does it happen when you are not wearing and holding enchanted items as well?
And when exactly does it happen, I am currently unable to reproduce it.

This bug possibly was fixed with the fix of MC-115046.
Do you experience it in the latest (currently it's 17w16b) snapshot?

seems fixed in 20w17a

I am unable to reproduce this issue in 20w51a.

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.16.4 stable release or the latest 1.17 development snapshot.
