Duplicate of MC-13592, please use the search function to see if your bug has already been submitted. Currently over 54% of tickets are being closed as duplicate.
Seems to be on new worlds only. I opened up my already existing worlds and there was an XP bar just there. New worlds, though, no XP bar.
