What I expected to happen was...:
Normal generation of villages
What actually happened was...:
Villages spawning on top of each other
Steps to Reproduce:
Unfortunately I have NOT been able to reproduce this issue. This may have been a one-time issue. This is a default superflat world which was generated a few snapshots ago and have been using as a test world for all the snapshots. When /tp @s (village which hasn't been rendered yet) I get this double-spawning of villages. Again, I have not been able to reproduce this just mentioning this if further investigation is needed.

I am in the same version. Essentially the same thing happened to me, except in a default world. (started world several snapshots ago)
