[MC-139968] Unable to trade With Villagers

I cannot trade with villagers! I click on them, and instead of trading, a water splash particle effect appears. That is weird. You cannot trade with villagers anymore, as shown in the screenshot below. I tried this in a different world with no raids, but I still could not trade, and the villager was not a green one. I already know that you cannot trade with green ones, but now you cannot trade with ANY!

You cannot trade with villagers during raids. The water particles are sweat.

Can confirm for the second part. If you activate a raid and teleport far away or move to a different world, the villagers won't trade with you or even sweat. If the player goes to a different world, the villagers will not trade until the player goes into survival.
