[MC-139995] Zombies, Husks and Zombie Villagers cannot throw Tridents

Read summary. While Drowned can throw tridents, its counterparts cannot.

How to reproduce:

Do "/summon zombie/husk/zombie_villager ~ ~ ~ {HandItems:[{id:trident,Count:1b},{}]}"
Go into survival/adventure mode.

→ ❌ The zombie or husk will not ever throw the trident at you.

Actually, zombies and husks can potentially pick up (dropped) tridents, provided they spawn with the ability to pick up items.

And then again, they don't use bows either. I see why this issue is marked as a "suggestion" now. 😞
