Okay so mainly in multiplayer, but sometimes singleplayer,
Multiplayer: When we teleport to a different area, sometimes we get stuck in the void and then it never loads. Then sometimes when it loads, other chunks don't load.
Singleplayer: It's only some chunks that load, other chunks don't load at all.
