Scaffolding acts odd around fences/gates.

i was testing out scaffolding, and i realized they have an invincible state when falling on fences.

How to recreate:

make a scaffolding pillar.

bridge to the max it will allow you to go.

for the 7th block, put a fence below it.

when the 7th block falls, it lands on the fence and glitches.
