[MC-140606] New Villages : door is too high or too low

In New Villages, some houses are properly integrated with the rest, but the door is too high or too low

Environment

Windows 10 Pro 64 bits version 1809
Java 8 update 191
Minecraft snapshot 18w49a

Those aren't new villages in the screenshots. Deserts haven't received new architecture yet.
