Multiplayer Chunk loading bugs

When playing in LAN world, the world Neves loads, but the game continues, you can pick up items, use commands, chat, hear noises, but without a chunk.

When in server, depending your render distance, only that chunk area will load, ir you exit that area will ba a glitchy void.

Re-enter in the server reload the chunks.
