[MC-14084] cant seem to tame a horse using a saddle or a carrot on a stick it will keep neighing or keep waving its front legs in the air

Lol, this works as intended, horses dont eat sticks bro, right click with nothing in your hand a few times until you see some hearts and then put a saddle on, Tadaa!
