[MC-141234] Cleric texture z-fighting on the collar

The new 18w50a texture of the cleric villager has a "collar" around the head, which shows z-fighting with the body of the mob.

This is not the same as MC-140974, because the mob doesn't have to be invisible for this to happen. Might be related.
