/help effect does not show full command descripton

If you enter the help command for /effect so like:

/help effect

 You will get the output:

effect clear <targets> [<effects>]
effect give <targets> <effect> [<seconds>]

 What I would expect to output to be is:

effect clear <targets> [<effects>]
effect give <targets> <effect> [<seconds>] [<hideParticles>]

  So it seems like [<hideParticles>] is forgotten
