The custom player heads are going funny in the latest snapshot
I thought the 'overlay' of the head would be on the head
The 'overlay' went underneath the head
Do the command /give @s Minecraft:player_head{SkullOwner:'playername'}
Put it on an armour stand
Please do not mark unreleased versions as affected.
You don't have access to them yet.
