Crash & Error Message "Failed to write core dump. Minidumps are not enabled by default on client versions of Windows" When Using Resource Pack of Greater Resolution than 16x16

When trying to use a texture pack of greater resolution than 16x16 the game will crash and spit out an error log. It will continue working when the texture pack is removed from resources. The crash log is below.
