I was placing my custom player skull in a map and the hat layer was rotated across my face. The hat layer uses the wrong dimension to rotate around: see the attached images – my skin has headphones on top of the head but the player skull displayed them on the side of my head and lower than where they should be.The hat layer is only displayed properly with the block state "rotation: 0".
