Quadruplicate Spawning in New Villages

I used the /locate command to find a new village and teleported myself to it. While looking around I noticed that some entities (cats and villagers) spawned 4 times on the exact same block. They were all the same type of cat/villager.

1. Four black cats at one time

2. Four farmer-type villagers at one time

3. Five green villagers at one time

Unfortunately I do not have a screenshot of the cats as they ran away when I approached them.
