[MC-141623] Explorer Maps Blank and Missing white icon

Traded for ocean and woodland explorer maps from a cartographer. Maps are completely blank with missing white icon. No structures were generated in the world/data folder. Only a bunch of maps, villages, villages_end, and villages_nether exist. Also, before unlocking the map trades, my server did crash everytime I tried trading with a cartographer to unlock the maps.

/locate Mansion is confirmed to work with an actual Mansion at the location, but still no mention of Mansion in world/data

MC 122214 doesn't explain my issue. A regular map works fine. I've attached a blank map that I activated. The world/data folder shows many maps which I believe are all the treasure maps from shipwrecks I collected. All of those maps work fine. It's just the maps from the cartographer that are blank with no white icon.

This can be resolved now. Not sure if this did the trick, but the biggest change I made before it worked was switching back to 32-bit java. I'm on a 64-bit OS and wanted to allocate more memory a few days so I switched to 64-bit java.

I just encountered the same bug in a private server I host, though I have always had it on 64 bit java, so there must be a different solution to switching back to it. I play with friends and family and would like to get this resolved so we can find a Woodland Mansion.
