[MC-141695] Fishing rod not activating tripwire from afk fish farm

The fishing rod will not activate the tripwire when I am below the water block, it only works if I am above the water and trip wire.

No bug here. Also, modded client.

why won't the trip wire activate from below anymore I used that farm a lot on the same version on the same realm and its always worked
