[MC-142373] Poisonous potatoes can't be used in a composter

The bug

Using poisonous potatoes with the compost results in no action. I expected poisonous potatoes to be compostable, since they are organic and can thus decompose.

Really wanna know why this is "Works as intended". You can use the other 2 potatoes and the poisonous potato would finally gets a use.

I thought we might finally have some use for this item, and it doesn't work 😞

Really don't understand why these were added in the first place, but this seems like an oversight. It's the only item I ever wanted to compost. Well, and rotten flesh, but that doesn't work either.
