[MC-1424] Map Crafting Glitch

Enlarging a map does not show the correct final result in the crafting box. The second map should be a level up.

I don't think this is a duplicate, but may be related. This bug is stating that the tooltip of the map should change when it doesn't.

Hm.. It might be a duplicate actually. No shift clicking here though.
