When I started playing Minecraft 19w03a, I went to a world with cats. When I move away from the cats I've owned, they were not moving. However, the only way they are able to move is by teleporting. I have previously played the world in Minecraft 19w02a. I created a new world, looked for a cat in a village, but the cat still had the same problem as before. No wonder it was so easy to tame that stray cat.
