Armor and Tools don't show

On my server you can't see others armor or tools when they have them out. This is on a port forwarded server. To see the issue the ip is 108.210.5.90:25566

Does MC-14220 describe the problem you're experiencing?

Whenever someone puts armor on or weapons/tools in hand others cant see it unless they relog.
