Hello!
I'd like to point out an issue I found in the latest snapshot, hopefully it's not been reported yet. I used a lot of custom playerheads in a build and in the latest snapshot, the second layer of the skin seems to be rendering facing up and slightly offset. I don't know whether it is my world that's causing the issue or not but I thought I'd point it out.

I do belive this has already been a bug in earlier snapshots of 1.14. The second layer rotates vertical, while the head rotates horizontally. So depending which way the head faces, the upper layer is rotated upside down rather than left/right. Try rotating the head with the debug stick to see it.
