I leashed several animals to fence posts, logged out, logged back in, and the "ball" of rope that is normally wrapped around the fence could not be seen though it was still doing it's job.

This is habbening to me all the time, its getting annoying, can reproduce! also if you walk outside of loaded the area and get back in all the leaches will break

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
