Bad performance, laggy gameplay

Minecraft on this version have really bad performance even on lowest graphic settings.

Lags will appear within seconds when joined to the world.
It is the most laggy when traveling fast more chunks (on horse or a boat) and it will throw you back few block (video attached).
It's lagging when trying to shear sheep, sleep or mine (video attached).

Also, you can see in videos attached, how map isn't responding that fast (because of lags i think).
