[MC-143499] Can't jump off very edge of block when running

When your running and you try to jump off the edge of a block it doesn't work and you just fall off the block.

Any reliable reproduction steps? It just sounds like you press jump just too late.

I don't know how to reproduce it other than just running and jumping but when I do it it acts like im hitting my head on a block.

The described behaviour cannot be reproduced on 1.15 Pre-release 2.
