If you are on foot you cant activate a stone pressure plate.

What I expected to happen was...:
I was walking through my cave heading towards my Storage room door and step on my stone pressure and I expected my door to open and I stood there and nothing happened.

What actually happened was...:
I stepped on the stone pressure plate and it didn't go down or send out redstone signal.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. Place a stone pressure plate and put redstone dust next to it and stand on the pressure plate in regular minecraft the redstone would activate.
