zombies can no longer die underwater and they dont turn into a drowned zombie and they dont even get affect by water while drowned zombies act like normal zombies walk on land and they dont die on land

Invalid, zombies take some time to be converted into drowned and drowned don't die on land, although they burn in sunlight.
