Adding a non-rail block to the "rails" block tag will crash the game when placing a minecart on it

Adding any block to the "blocks/rails" tag will crash the game when you try to use a minecart item on the block. Judging by the decompiled code I think it will also crash when a minecart entity goes near to a block with that tag, or when you try to place a normal rail next to the block.

I've attached an example datapack that will crash when using a minecart on a stone slab.
