My Java Edition is Java 8

PC specs (in case needed):
-GeForce 940MX
-Driver version 418.81
-Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz
-15.89 GB RAM
-1920 x 1080, 60Hz

HP Laptop Windows 10

So I have had this issue for about a month now. Every single time I try to start Minecraft, it runs into that error, and will not start and just crashes. The first time I started Minecraft, it worked perfectly fine, and nothing bad was happening except for a weird glitch where I could see the sky in between blocks at a large distance, but it was in an amplified world. Anyway, ever since I closed it out that day, and tried to get back on, it has never worked.

I have been searching EVERYWHERE on the internet and NOTHING has helped. I have reinstalled Minecraft and its alternate downloads several times, I have also reinstalled java, used versions of java that did not come with the Minecraft installation, I have also updated all of my gaming drivers, gotten rid of all overlays like discord chat, I have deleted all the forge profile i downloaded, the only thing is that i haven't uninstalled java Optifine, however it is in my downloads files and is in no way that i know being associated with Minecraft at the moment.

Now there are sometimes where somehow this shows up:

And will not get any further than that, I can never get further than the bug where the exit code was -805306369. I have never gotten a different code except for -0 which im pretty sure is just manually exiting.

Also something else, this only happens for updates 1.11 through 1.13.2, 1.10.2 is the latest working profile, and I would like to know what they changed in between that time that might be affecting this.

I am completely stumped and have no idea what to do at this point, if someone could help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
