[MC-143966] desert_meeting_point_1 generated from structure block is offset

minecraft:village/desert/town_centers/desert_meeting_point_1 generated from structure block appear too left of the structure block.

Generate a desert_meeting_point_1 using a structure block:

/setblock ~ ~ ~ structure_block{mode:"LOAD", name:"village/desert/town_centers/desert_meeting_point_1"}

→ ❌ The desert_meeting_point_1 is placed too far from the structure block

This is because the jigsaw blocks pointing to the open area are for adding buildings, and the buildings need space.
