[MC-143983] Mojang logo can be changed using texture pack

The bug

Mojang logo shown when starting the client, can be changed; despite MC-40961 being WAI.

How to reproduce

Load the attached texture pack, start Minecraft and observe that there's a hamster.

I do too, it gives a nice welcome if someone is using a texture pack.. theres no point in removing it..

if you extract the "version".jar file and go to assets\textures\gui\title\mojang.png you can change it. that is called making a friking resource pack and it has nothing to do with bugs, if the file is there, then you can change it and make a resource pack with it
