when I go to nether in survival my armor bar gets invisible even after rewearing it doesn't fix it
only way to fix it is save and quit then get in again while being in nether
I am not sure if it disables the armors feature or not

the difference is that even so you un equip the armor and re equip it still stays invisible as the other post you showed says that it can be visible after rewearing it
thats is the only difference I can say. Other than that I don't know. Thanks for support!
btw I didn't saw this on 19w06a bug reports so I thought it haven't reported yet. Sorry for that
