There is no crafting recipe available for Firework Rocket[firework_rocket], but they can be made, regardless! This occurs whether you have ever made them or not, let alone if you possess the ingredients required or not.
Not sure if this is by design or a bug, but I thought I'd note it.

Thanks for pointing this out. Not sure how I missed that other issue!
I'm not sure I understand exactly why a Firework Rocket is a "complicated recipe", therefore not showing up in the crafting recipes, but at least I know it's a known thing 🙂
