[MC-144299] Fire and Lava Bug

There is a bug in 1.13.2 that the fire does not show when you place it. It does still make noise. Also there is a Lava bug where, when you place it, it appears as old Minecraft version water textures. Please fix this issue.

Yes and the problem was solved, it was called Flood Escape Resource pack. I did not know how to select the Default resource pack. All I could do is move the Flood one to the top or bottom on the right side of the page. Or move it across to the left which I did and the problem was solved.
