@unknown, in which version did you create the world and in which versions did you play in it?

The World is a port from alpha 1.2, but it seemed to be fine before the update? I can check past versions, but the issue seems to be fixed when replacing a block. But its still an issue, considering i know many people's world have been ported, along with the amount of blocks. It would take a long time to replace them all. 

Did you open the world in another 1.14 snapshot before you opened it in 19w07a?

Yeah, i downloaded it i believe when 19w06a was out, then got it in 19w07a. The rain is also in 19w08a and b (which by the way, crashes everytime i try to to put a texturepack on it.) Im not sure how far back this glitch has started.
