when teleporting to new chunks you fall into the ground (normal) instead of popping up to the surface you stay where you fell (in the ground) to a point where i had to dig back up to the surface

Can confirm. I just fell through the world and died while teleporting.

2 people on my brand new load of 19w12b on SMP fall out of the world in survival mode (no teleport). I was in a boat and rowed into unloaded chunks and fell through the water, then I tried to go into creative but couldn't fly (probably because I was in the boat), went to spectator and was able to get back to safety before I died. Another player was also falling and I used /tp to get her back to loaded chunks.
