So far I have checked on the last snapshot 1.14 19w08b and 19w08a.Its essence lies in the fact that when the player creates a portal to the Ender dragon world can not be compared.

If an issue already exist, you comment on that issue saying something like "Confirmed for <affects version>" and the reporter or someone who is helper+ will add the version. I have added 19w08b to that issue.
