The bug

The ender dragon will shoot fireballs at players in creative mode. This issue got fixed in 16w35a (MC-4603), but it reoccurs again. To reproduce go to the End dimension and the ender dragon should start shooting.

Note: If the dragon does not spawn, see the workaround in MC-137467.
