Lore doesn´t work in items

The bug
When I use a command for create and item that haves Lore, the name and all other functions work, but the Lore it´s invisible.

How to reproduce it
Use the next command, open the inventory, and then select the item:

/give @p minecraft:heart_of_the_sea{display:{Name:"\"Lore test\"",Lore:["This is the lore text"]}} 1
