[MC-144840] slime blocks do not bounce players in boats sideways

when player is in a boat heading towards a slime block, regardless of speed (tested in boat on ice) player does not bounce anywhere when colliding with side of slime block

there is the setup, going forward in the boat, you'll collide with the slime blocks as if they were stone or any regular block as opposed to bouncing off to the left frome the angle

this is not how it works in minecraft. only the top is bouncy, not the side. this side bounce was never a feature.

Ah, I thought you were using pistons. As @unknown said, slime blocks never bounced entities from the side.

there are pistons that push the slimeblocks in the attached image. the pistons do push the boat, but its just a push and not a bounce- speed of boat is not relevant to push
