[MC-145281] Mobs aren't spawning.

Minecraft world difficulty is set to hard, but no mobs are spawning.

Edit:I have now realised that lightning is bugged it's night time but the f3 menu shows that light levels are 15.

If you set your Render Distance to 11 or higher, it should fix it. 😉

The "lightning thing" isn't bugged, as it's supposed to show a level of 15 even if it's night.

This issue is already mentioned in MC-139338
