Snapshot: Campfire Smoke

Water blocks appear to be in front of campfire smoke particles, even when in the distance.

What I expected to happen was...:
Campfire smoke particles would be in front of water blocks if the water is behind the smoke.

What actually happened was...:
The water blocks appear to be in front of the smoke particles.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a water block
2. Place haystack block down
3. Place a campfire block on top of the haystack.
4. Move so that the water block is behind the campfire.
