[MC-145585] Spectator Mode Does Not Support Rebinding The Use Key For Entities

When hovering over an entity in spectator mode, you must right click to spectate as them, regardless of "Use Item/Place Block" keybind

The spectator binding feature uses the "Attack/Destroy" keybind to function, not "Use Item/Place Block".

@unknown is right, it uses the attack binding and does remap correctly.
